Brief Encounter

The day my mom & sarah arrived my aunt, cousin and niece were also in town. So we went to visit them at the hotel. It's nice to see them again... We walk quite a bit before settling in the room and that got everybody tired, including indi, so tired that indi went to sleep. He continued sleeping even when we were chatting and laughing...

Science Center

So my Mom, niece Sarah and Avi are here! Today we went to the Science Center. Spend more than 4 hours and yet we didn't finish the tour. I thought it would be a boring thing for indi, but he ENJOYED it! He'll reach out for things and try to push whatever button or lever. He loves looking at the different colours and stuff around him, and amazed with it all especially the dinosaur exhibition.

One Sunday Afternoon (after the rain)...

When I was looking at kindergarten for Indi, i met a nice lady with her son - Lisa and Marc. After doing the tour of the school we went for a cup of coffee and muffin (borrowing her phrase). A few days later we got the invitation to 'hang out by the pool', but because it rained we only hang out at her apartment. Met a few other ladies with their kids there. It's nice to see the kids play together (forgot my camera at that time, so no pics). The next Sunday we met agaiin at Lisa's apartment to have barbeque, this time with the husbands. Because it rained earlier thru the day, picnic was set in a function room...

Indi are quite taken with Marc's scooter, Lucky Marc has two of them - otherwise I can imagine them fighting. indi just love the scooter so much that he doesn't want to let go of it. He's doing a pretty good job with the scooter actually.

Sylphy Has Arrived!

This is a picture of Indi wide-eyed to see a car in our driveway.

Yup! Sylphy has arrived on Thursday. Just in case you don't know what Sylphy is, that's our car. It's a Nissan Sylphy. When we picked it up from the dealer Indi was sleeping at home. When he woke up we were taking our nap.
After nap we took his car seat out and he looked at us with a 'very curious' look.

Not long after that he figured it out that there's a car in the drive way, and we're going to set the car seat in the car. He was soooo happy and excited about all. He climbed in the car, helped robert with the car seat, hopped in the car seat, and after that we went for a short drive to the grocery store. Here are the snapshots...

From Our Bedroom Window

Here's the view from our bedroom window... the playground... so it's easy for me to check on Indi whenever he's at the playground...
